Remembrance day patrols

PCSO Paul and PCSO Adil carried out high-visibility Remembrance Day patrols in the vicinity of HMS Belfast. During the patrol, we joined members of service men and women and some of the local community as well as those that come from far and wide in observing the national two-minute silence as a mark of respect and remembrance for the servicemen and servicewomen who have served and sacrificed in conflicts past and present.

The patrol provided an opportunity to engage with residents, workers, and visitors to the area while supporting this important national occasion. The act of remembrance reflected gratitude for the courage, dedication, and sacrifices made by those who fought to protect our freedoms. Lest We Forget.
